JENNIFER AGUAYO (She/HER)
Partnership & Engagement Coordinator
Jennifer is a community engagement and environmental advocacy professional
with more than 15 years of experience building partnerships that connect people to place and purpose. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Southern Oregon University and has spent her career developing programs that unite education, conservation, and social impact.
Before joining Our Children’s Trust, Jennifer’s work led her across the Western U.S., building relationships and coalitions focused on landscape-scale restoration, environmental education, social justice, and community mobilization. At Our Children’s Trust, Jennifer draws on this blend of experience to strengthen the organization’s engagement network, helping to build momentum and advance its mission for climate justice. Jennifer is passionate about empowering youth and frontline communities to help shape a livable and just future for all.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending as much time as possible immersed in nature and exploring Oregon’s wild places. She can usually be found hiking a trail, skiing a hill, rafting a river, or singing (out of tune) in her abundant garden.
