BEN ORLOV (HE/HIM)

Ben joined Our Children's Trust in 2024, where he supports the legal team across a diverse docket of active and developing youth-led climate litigation cases. He also supports the Deputy Director for Litigation Practice with the logistics and administration of OCT's Law Clerk program. His professional background includes working at the Oregon Judicial Department, a mid-size business law firm, and the University of Oregon Board of Trustees Office. Ben earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon.

Originally from the heart of the Silicon Valley, Ben grew up surrounded by California's striking natural landscapes, from the scenic coastlines to the towering redwood forests. Ben is proud to support OCT's mission, fighting to secure a livable climate for present and future generations. He currently resides in Eugene with his partner, Mason, and enjoys reading mystery novels, hiking, trying out new recipes, and cheering on his Oregon Ducks.
