NICOLE HICKS (She/HER)

Nicole is a longtime Boston resident originally from Upstate New York. She holds a B.A. in Human Services and Public Policy from Northeastern University and an M.A. in Human Rights & Multi-Level Governance from the University of Padova in Italy. 

With a career rooted in nonprofit work around the world, she has focused on education and youth development—leading equity-centered, creative, and joyful programs at organizations like Bikes Not Bombs and The Possible Zone. Passionate about youth empowerment, Nicole is excited to support Our Children’s Trust’s mission and work with young people. In her free time, she’s a dedicated hobbyist who loves baking, crocheting, gardening, and spending time with her friends, partner, and pup Flopsy.
