Section Slider

  • This is the slider.

  • It takes up one ‘section’ on the front end here.

  • In the back end, each ‘slide’ is an individual section.

  • The height of each slide is determined by the heigh of each section.

Section loader

  • Below is the section loader

  • It’s content is on a different page, and is permanent

  • Then, you implement a code block with the correct HTML, and it loads the page with that content

Sidebar Nav

  • The sidebar nav is set up on this page

  • You create one by adding a small codeblock with a line of code to any section you’d like linked

  • You adjust the name of the section by editing the ‘data-title’ property in the codeblock code

  • There are lots of styling options located on the will myers link

  • Split Sections are set up below, located in a codeblock (there is also a codeblock for the sidebar nav on this section!)

  • There’s lots of options - this is the basic / 101 setup

    • Blog Post → Timeline Event

    • Post Title → Event Title

    • Published Date → Timeline Date
