Sarah Johnson joined Our Children’s Trust in 2026 as Chief of Staff, serving as a strategic partner to the Co‑Executive Director to strengthen organizational systems and support effective, aligned leadership. She works across teams to improve operations, guide change initiatives, and create the conditions required for mission‑driven work to scale in complex, high‑stakes environments. Sarah brings over fifteen years of experience in strategic planning, change management, and organizational transformation, including leading companies through periods of rapid growth and operational transition.

She previously served as Chief of Staff at L.A.B. Golf, Chief Experience Officer at Ninkasi Brewing Company, and Director of F&B at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, where she led cross‑functional teams spanning innovation, marketing, sales, and hospitality. Sarah is SHRM‑SCP certified and holds a culinary degree from the Western Culinary Institute, and is recognized for her human‑centered approach to building sustainable, high‑performing organizations.
