December 31, 2025: Notice of Oral Argument

The Alaska Supreme Court scheduled oral arguments to be heard by the parties on March 4, 2026, at the Alaska Supreme Court in Anchorage, Alaska. The youth plaintiffs will have the opportunity to present their arguments on appeal, urging the Court to reverse the dismissal of their case so that they can have their day in court to prove the state-mandated Alaska LNG Project is unconstitutional.
