TODAY: Preparing for Hearing on Appeal

The parties now await an order from the Alaska Supreme Court’s setting a hearing date for oral arguments. Once scheduled, the youth plaintiffs will have the opportunity to present their arguments on appeal, urging the Court to reverse the dismissal of their case so that they can have their day in court to prove the unconstitutional climate harms they will experience because of the state-mandated Alaska LNG Project.
