September 23, 2025: Petition Filed!

Fifteen young Americans—formerly plaintiffs in the landmark constitutional climate case Juliana v. United States—together with their advocates at Our Children’s Trust, have filed a petition with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (Our Children’s Trust with 15 Juliana Plaintiffs v. The United States of America), charging the U.S. government with violating their fundamental human rights amid the climate crisis.
