February 12, 2024: Attorneys for the Youth Plaintiffs File Motion to Strike and Oppose the Department of Justice’s Motion to Stay

Attorneys for the Juliana youth plaintiffs filed a motion to strike the DOJ’s recent motion for a stay for ignoring the court’s rules. This filing also opposes the stay, saying the Ninth Circuit has already ruled conclusively that a stay is unwarranted.
