10 youth plaintiffs filed Roberts v. Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining against BOGM, DOGM, and Mick Thomas, in his professional capacity, for fossil fuel permits that violate their constitutional rights and contribute to dangerous air pollution and rampant public health problems.
