June 9, 2026: Youth Plaintiffs File Opening Brief at Utah Supreme Court

After the Court ordered further briefing, the youth plaintiffs filed their opening brief expanding upon the arguments made in their Petition, asking the Utah Supreme Court to block the transfer of the case to a newly created three-judge panel and return the case to Judge Laura Scott.
