July 28, 2025: Court Grants Motion to Change Venue

The Florida Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Miami-Dade County, Hon. Joseph Perkins, granted the Commission’s motion to change venue, and transferred the case to the Florida Second Judicial Circuit Court, Leon County, Hon. Angela C. Dempsey (new case number 2025CA1803).
