December 9, 2025: Oral Arguments
The parties appeared virtually before Judge Dempsey to present oral arguments on the Commission’s motion to dismiss. At the conclusion of the hearing, Judge Dempsey requested that each party file proposed orders deciding the motion by January 6, 2026.
