July 12, 2024: Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Denied Juliana Plaintiffs’ Request for Rehearing or Reconsideration En Banc

Judge Bennett, Judge R. Nelson, and Judge Miller of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals voted to deny Juliana Plaintiffs’ request for rehearing or reconsideration en banc. The judges also denied without analysis a separate motion challenging the panel’s violations of the Court’s own rules when it issued the writ of mandamus against the district court.
