September 12, 2024: Youth Plaintiffs Filed Petition for Writ of Mandamus and Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari to U.S. Supreme Court

Youth plaintiffs and their attorneys filed their own petition for writ of mandamus asking SCOTUS to restore proper judicial process and return the case to the Ninth Circuit for a fair trial after not following SCOTUS precedent and wrongfully granting the DOJ’s seventh petition for writ of mandamus.  

Additionally, they requested an extension of time in which to file a petition for writ of certiorari while the youth plaintiffs explore other legal options available to them.
