May 1, 2024: Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Grants the DOJs Petition for Writ of Mandamus 

The Court of Appeals unjustly granted the DOJs seventh Petition for Writ of Mandamus in an erroneous attempt to silence America’s youth amid a crisis the government is fueling. This decision strips the Juliana 21 of their fundamental constitutional right to seek redress through the courts by one of the highest courts in our country.
