TODAY: Youth Await Rulings on Venue Appeal and Motion to Dismiss

Youth plaintiffs are awaiting Defendants’ response to their motion asking the Montana Supreme Court to dismiss Defendants’ interlocutory appeal over venue. The Supreme Court will then decide whether the venue appeal can move forward or whether the case will return to the District Court. The youth are also awaiting the District Court’s ruling on Defendants’ partial motion to dismiss their constitutional claims.
