August 10, 2026: Youth Plaintiffs File Reply Brief at Utah Supreme Court

The youth plaintiffs filed their reply brief, pushing back against the State’s defense of the unconstitutional law to transfer their case to a three-judge panel.  The youth are asking the Utah Supreme Court to grant extraordinary relief so their underlying constitutional climate claims can move forward before Judge Scott.
