TODAY: A Hearing and Awaiting Decision

The court will hear the youth’s motion to intervene on September 24, 2026, at 1:30 in Sacramento at the federal courthouse, in courtroom 7, before the Honorable Daniel J. Calabretta. The youth will then await the court’s decision on their motion to intervene as defendants.
