May 20, 2026: Court Denies Chambers of Commerce Request to Join the Case

The Montana First Judicial District Court denied a motion by the Montana Chamber of Commerce, Kalispell Chamber of Commerce, and Billings Chamber of Commerce to intervene in Held v. Montana II.
